Dylan Ausherman

Founder & AI Builder

I'm Dylan. I'm based in Atlanta and I build AI systems that actually work for businesses. Not demos. Not pitch deck material. Real systems that replace busywork, drive revenue, and save people time they didn't think they could get back.

I got into AI in mid-2025 through a paid mentorship called AIS+ (AI Automation Society), ranked the number one AI automation school in the world on Skool. I spent two months going deep, learning everything I could. I started with N8N workflows and agents, then moved to building custom software interfaces on Lovable, and eventually leveled up to building full-stack applications with Claude Code. Every step was about going deeper, getting more technical, and building things that actually hold up in production.

Before AI, I was an entrepreneur trying different paths. I was heavily focused on clothing until tariffs forced a pivot. That pivot turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. It led me straight into AI, and I haven't looked back.

Today I run AUSH AI and AUSH Relay. AUSH AI builds custom AI solutions for businesses. AUSH Relay is an AI-powered CRM system. Both exist because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses getting sold terrible AI implementations by companies that don't know what they're doing. That erodes trust in the entire industry, and it makes it harder for the companies doing real work.

Why this blog exists

Most people overcomplicate AI. They're either too afraid to start, or they're building things that are way more complex than they need to be. The reality is that AI is more accessible than people think. It just takes time, effort, and a willingness to actually build instead of just talk about it.

This blog is where I share what I'm learning, what I'm building, and what I'm seeing in the industry. No hype. No fluff. Just honest takes from someone who's in the trenches building every day.

What I write about

  • Real AI implementations and what actually works in production
  • The gap between AI hype and AI reality
  • Building and scaling AI-powered products as a small team
  • Lessons from pivoting, failing, and figuring it out
  • Where AI is actually heading (from someone building it, not just commenting on it)
